BIO
I learnt guitar making in 1998 with Joaquin Garcia Fernadez and Stephen Hill. Later on I studied at the Lutherie school of San Miguel de Tucuman in Argentina and I obtained my guitar making diploma at Newark College (UK) in 2009.
Great makers like Antonio de Torres, Herman Hauser and Ignacio Fleta have been a source of inspiration for my guitars. I use traditional construction methods and very well-seasoned tone woods to build my instruments.

To preserve your instrument, it is essential that repairs be carried out by a professional. Juan Alexander Grupalli works to preserve the original condition of his guitars. The most effective and least invasive methods are used to make the instrument playable. Only hot glue and French polish are used.
